Below is My CV, Names of individual Hospitals, organizations and places have been omitted on purpose.

A quick Synopsis

I currently have a BA in Health Administration with a minor in Human Resources (work place misconduct by employers is my favorite area) , AAS in Emergency Medical Sciences, ASN in Nursing. I am currently pursing several degrees; Psychology, Addictions, Family counseling and law school.  I will complete my Psychology and Addictions degree this summer, I only lack a thesis's for each. Law school, is self-paced, so I believe that I will complete that within the next two years.

My qualifications for medical assistance are self represented by my schooling.  My ability to practice Legal Nursing is well with in the Legal Nursing criteria and will be testing for that certification this summer.  I will also be taking the Critical Care RN test this spring as well as the CEN, a test for ER nurses.  I hold all required certifications and am an instructor in CPR, ACLS, BTLS, PALS, and NERP.  I work on a 10 bed Medical Intensive Care Unit full time and Critical Care Transport on a per diem basis.

I have over 15 years on medical training, experience and the ability to view problem in a varied manner, because of my vast medical training.

I started assisting Veterans with the VA and  their unwillingness to grant benefits to those how need it the most.   I began a service directed specifically towards that demographic, but found it was not a money making adventure.  I performed the same function as a legal nurse by reviewing records to help a veterans get what they deserve.  Once I became a RN, this has help verify my credentials to the VA.

Due to these various assignments, education and experience, I have successfully reviewed files for individuals in the areas of personal injury, failure to diagnosis and inadequate care.  I have been assisting veterans since 1995.  In this process, I learned the bumpy road and can now answer almost any business question.

Because of my education, experience, legal studies and my ability to fly to be a witness, I expanded a business a little bit further out and can now be an expert witness for legal/medical suits.  Having worked as a Critical Care Transport and MICU with the constant change in these Fields, my grasp of medicine and proper care is current and on the cutting edge.

As evidenced by this site, my grasp of business, marketing, start-up, planning, etc. is self evident.  I also offer seminars for legal nursing, emergency nursing and critical care nursing.  Note these seminars are being processed for CEU's by the appropriate professional organization.

I offer you specific areas as roughly outlined above for a fee and paid travel arrangements.  My qualification are unmarred and exemplary.  I can benefit the individual lawyer, either against or for the client based of the review of records.  Due to the varied nature, negotiating a fee prior to the work WILL ALWAYS TRANSPIRE, and an estimate given before any significant work is done.  A quick review is $45.00 and as services increase, so does the fee.
