Privacy Statement Topics

Registration Information
NAC-4U categorizes users of our site into two groups: users and visitors. Users are people who have visited our site and used it services.  Visitors are people who visit our Web site, but who have not yet used the NAC-4U service.

NAC-4U Information Gathering
NAC-4U hosts its own site (www.NAC-4U) as well as sites for other "NAC-4Uert Assistance Programs".  NAC-4U collects and stores information provided, transmitted, or uploaded by a visitor on or through NAC-4U's own site and its subscriber sites. The functionality of the NAC-4U site and it's other sites will be similar, but not necessarily identical. Sites for NAC-4U may or may not include the following: a Public Questions area, Publicly Available Questions and Answers, NAC-4Uert Registration, and/or NAC-4U-provided payment services.NAC-4U will NOT share personally identifiable information or communications of its users with any other third party, unless it is NAC-4Ulicitly stated otherwise on the NAC-4U site or on a Subscriber site. This Privacy Statement does not address the use of any information gathered by an NAC-4U Subscriber other than through NAC-4U services. Users are encouraged to review the privacy policies of the applicable NAC-4U Subscriber with respect to that information.

NAC-4U-Member Communication
NAC-4U and Members can negotiate, enter into an agreement and interact (i.e., discuss advice and services) on Web sites hosted by NAC-4U. Certain communications may be recorded and maintained by NAC-4U, as further described below. NAC-4U does not monitor, screen or edit the content of any communications between Members and NAC-4U. However, NAC-4U may delete postings in the Public Questions area, as stated below.  Such communications are personal and private unless both parties agree to additional distribution, which is deemed to occur when either party initiates an interaction through the "Public Questions" area, or if both parties give permission to include such interactions in a Q&A Repository or something similar, as stated below. When either party initiates an interaction through the "Public Questions" area, all communication between Member and NAC-4Uert(s) before a Member "hires" an NAC-4Uert or "buys" an answer from an NAC-4Uert is publicly viewable by all NAC-4U registered users and visitors (and, if applicable, by all registered users and visitors of the NAC-4U Subscriber Site where the question originated). "Hire" refers to when a Member selects an NAC-4Uert to deliver advice or services, for free or for a fee. "Buy" refers to when a Member views and accepts an "NAC-4Uress" answer from an NAC-4Uert, for free or for a fee.

NAC-4Uert-Member Negotiation:
Direct question to NAC-4Uert(s):
A Member engages NAC-4Uvby selecting one of several NAC-4U sites and posting a description of his/her (the Member's) question, project or request for proposal on NAC-4U. NAC-4U reply with information including pricing, availability, and possibly a brief response and supporting documents to the Member. Information that is gathered and stored during this "negotiation" phase is viewable only by the Member and the NAC-4U, if selected by the Member. NAC-4Uerts' responses to Members are personal and private unless both parties agree to additional distribution. Once an NAC-4U-Member relationship has moved beyond this negotiation phase, the negotiation responses and uploaded documents are automatically deleted. However NAC-4U will maintain a file of all written communication fro 3 years.

Publicly Accessible Information
This site makes chat rooms and areas available to its users and visitors. Please remember that any information disclosed in these areas becomes public information.  Users should exercise caution when deciding to disclose their personal information.  NAC-4U offers no guarantees of privacy in a chat room.

Other Information
Aggregated Information: We may use some of the information collected from registered users and visitors in aggregate form to improve our marketing and promotional efforts. This information does not identify individuals. We also may use the information to improve our products and services through things such as allowing customization of our site's layout and content .IP Address: Our Web site logs IP addresses for systems administration purposes, such as to help diagnose problems with our server or to administer our Web site and to track usage patterns on Sites hosted by NAC-4U. We do not link IP addresses to personally identifiable information. Correspondence: If you send us emails or letters, or if other registered users or third parties send us correspondence about your activities or postings on the site, we may retain such information in your account file, although we have no obligation to do so.

Affiliate Partners: NAC-4U has relationships with many Affiliate Web sites who link to our Web site. We do not provide aggregate information about usage patterns (e.g., traffic patterns or services purchased) to these Affiliate Web sites. Third-Party Links: This site contains links to other sites, including but not limited to its Affiliate Partners. NAC-4U is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such Web sites. To facilitate communication among NAC-4U and customers, any information collected will be used strictly by NAC-4u and is NEVER given to any third party. To prevent any misuse, If NAC-4U becomes aware of a third party collecting information, the third party will be deleted from the site, this does not cover any opt-in services that may be advertised and is independent of NAC-4U.
