1)
We can help you establish your disability claim with the Department of Veterans
Affairs. We accomplish this through several different sources. First we
gather information from you, review your records and assist you with finding or
locating any additional support evidence needed to file your claim.
2)
Once this has been accomplished we supply you with all the evidence, forms and
pertinent information in simple to use packets. You then simply sign and
mail these documents to your regional DVA office.
3)
Once the DVA refuses or denies your claim, just like the Grisham movie, we will
help file you notice of disagreement (NOD). We will continue giving you
support and assistance throughout the entire process.
WHAT DO YOU NEED
NAC-4U, Inc. FOR ANYWAY?
The NSOs (National Service Organizations, i.e.
Disabled American Veterans, American Legion), though their services are free,
handle large case loads and may not have time to develop your claim to the
fullest. What NAC-4U, Inc. can offer you is information about where, when, how
you can file paperwork in your own behalf for the benefits you deserve, We develop information packets
which are easily read, and with your input to our questionnaire, cover the
benefits that you are entitled. These simple information packets come with your
documents ready to sign and be sent to the appropriate source. NAC-4U, Inc. is
limited in the role that they can play, as we cannot represent you, we cannot
request information that would violate the Privacy Act. If you need additional
information, we will again provide you with documents suited for your needs.
We help find employment agencies and opportunities where your veteran status
assist you in gaining employment. We can also help fix your credit (Our
Credit Assistance Program, which is only available for Veteran's, does have a
small fee associated with it to cover time, materials and P&H) through
information packets or through a more direct approach where we do all the work
in dealing with the credit bureau's.

WHAT'S
THE BIG DEAL, DOESN'T THE DVA TAKE CARE OF US?
The
(Department of
Veterans Affairs) makes the process to gain
disability, as well as other benefits a long and difficult road. This
discourages most veteran's and they simply give up on their quest. We understand
the frustration of the average Joe. We have been there and done that. The
exams that are schedule far into the future, the never ending process of
paperwork, and inconveniences of fulfilling their demands. Demands where they
threaten to stop your benefits or give them "justifiable" cause to
deny a claim, if you do not comply completely. Even then, after accomplishing
their requirements, it still takes forever before your claims are accepted.
After these hassles we experienced during our pursuit of disability clams (We
have an national veterans organization who represents us, but found they were
wrong on many issue's, never followed up without our prompting, etc.. which lead
to all this), we researched the
very own requirements and now have a better
understanding of the prerequisites that are involved in the process. With this
knowledge and the information which is easily accessible, we can help YOU FIGHT AND WIN !
Unemployment agencies are just another
waste of taxpayer's money, they offer very little support, but try to overwhelm
you with paperwork. Again, like the DVA any excuse and they'll stop your
checks. There is a non-profit agency (It's called different names in
different areas, you'll have to look this one up yourself), which you can find
in your local yellow pages, which advocate consumer credit issue's and do a
wonderful job of assisting people with the credit companies which they have a
good working relationship.
