We evaluate, review, and
investigate medical records on a daily basis.
· Registered Nurses (RN)/Legal Nurse Consultants (LNC) are educators, bringing
to your firm/company a working knowledge of the health care system.
· We have been trained to educate, to explain and define disease processes,
complex procedures, and medical terminology to clients, attorneys and insurance
personnel in words they can understand.
· We can identify pertinent information, as we know the language and structure
of the health care system.
· As practicing RN's/LNC's we are current on Standards of Care, hospital
policies and procedures.
· Documentation and required paperwork frequently change within the health care
system. In order to evaluate and investigate a case there needs to be knowledge
of all important documents constituting a medical record.
· We can tell if the medical record has documents missing or if tampering has
occurred.
· LNC'S have the expertise to define medical terminology, decipher medical
abbreviations, and read the doctor's illegible handwriting.
· RN's/LNC's are detail oriented.
· With our knowledge base and expertise we are cost effective when your case
involves complex medical and health care issues.
